We have been thinking of changing out our traditional water heater for a tankless water heater, I can’t say enough how happy we are that we did just remember that this isn’t really instant hot water it takes a few minutes to get hot nothing major at all. We opted for a tankless hot water heater about 10 years ago, installed it in the basement where our old water heater was.
