Includes filters (models HHF and SHF) with replacements available from Lowe's. The universal 1/2 inch threaded connection makes this suitable for standard hoses and fixtures. Worthless
This shower head combo looks great. The water feels great coming out - the filtration is awesome. But the large overhead shower head WILL NOT stay up . . . As soon as the water starts to flow, the head falls down. I recommend Lowe’s to remove this item from your website.

Received Open Packaging
Had no confidence in having a working product if installed. Packaging of item was open and loose in the box. Lifted out of box, shower head fell to the floor. Unsure if all parts needed were inside. Returned. 2nd time this has happened at Lowes (first time was a ceiling fan bought in-store).

Should work better
The topmost shower head will not stay in an upright position. We have written to the company over a week ago and have heard nothing back. For almost $200, ($184) I expected better.
