Cute little ladder

I purchased this 4’ stepladder to replace a 5’ stepladder that mysteriously disappeared around the time I hired a contractor to do some work! What I like about this ladder is that it is small enough to keep inside the house for doing tasks that only require standing a couple of feet off the floor. For higher up tasks I use my 6’ or 8’ ladders that are kept outside. The ladder is lightweight and easy to move up and down the stairs. It is sturdy enough for me (175 lbs).

No Warranty Manufactures Warranty Says It All

With all the problems from reviewers, mostly associated with fiberglass not holding up, I looked for a warranty. Lowes says "NO Manufacturer's Warranty" on this product page. Couldn't even find one on Werner's page. Hard pass. One of those things that, even if it was given to you, it's not worth taking a chance on a possibly serious fall. And worse, standing in line to return it and the clerk makes you use it to prove it defective. No thanks.

Everyone needs one of these

This ladder normally sells for $59. At Christmas it was on sale for $29. We liked it so much that three weeks after Christmas I bought another for my son while it was still $29. Very versatile product. I also used Lowe’s customer pickup when I ordered it online. Went great. Ladder is great for installing ceiling fans, changing lights, hanging blinds and curtains.

Nice, sturdy

I really like this little ladder. It is well made and feels sturdy. It's pretty light weight and easy to carry around. I stood on the top step to staple something. It held me up and I didn't fall. I don't recommend standing on the very top of it though.

Fantastic value

I already owned an aluminum 4 ft ladder but when I saw this one on sale at 50% off I had to buy it, and I'm glad I did. This fiberglass ladder is lightweight and sturdy making my aluminum one feel like a tinker toy. if you need a 4ft ladder, buy this one.

Not sturdy

I purchased this to use around the house. I thought I was being safe and following all ladder rules, but the frame bent and I went tumbling to the floor. I returned it to the store because after nearly breaking my neck I was done!

Dinged up and looks flimsy

There was no box so it looks used, but all of the ladders looked that way. The hinges to open up the ladder feel/look like they will snap when opening them so I hope that it is sturdier than it looks.

Seems solid. Price was right.

I own other Warner ladders and platforms. This one is slightly harder to use as the parts do not want to move freely. It may loosen up over time. It seems solid. Doesn't shake when I climb. It should last longer than I do.

Sturdy portable easy to use ladder

I got this for my husband as one of his early Christmas gifts, He really liked the ease of having a portable sturdy ladder and got to use it one time before it was stolen out of the back of his truck two days before Christmas.

Decent step ladder

The top yellow plastic shelf is designed to hold standard size paint cans which is very helpful. Mixed plastic, fiberglass, metal construction isn’t as strong as all metal design but it’s less expensive and adequate for household use.
