Not really impressed. The legs for the unit are cheap. Most of them didn’t fit. Had to lube them to fit. The included ‘wrench’ couldn’t get the bits on the bolts even halfway through. Use normal sockets. The assembly instructions suck. There are still two parts of the grill that are shown in the assembly manual that I can’t figure out how they install not to mention what their function is.

Damaged Item during shipping from depot
I just recently received my Weber Master Touch grill (7/2/2026) and i am very disappointed in the FedEx delivery system and handling of the item I purchased through Lowes. I immediately opened the damaged packaging to find several areas of damage to the grills lower kettle base. I proceeded to call the Weber customer support to report that i received a damaged product. I was informed that a replacement would be sent out and I should receive it in 3-5 business days. It appears that the packaging...

After two uses, one of the nuts that holds the handle onto the lid already got too hot and fell off, or I'm really not sure. The other one is holding fine, but the first one melted and fell out. Overall, I'm generally happy, but this was a surprising issue. I probably need to do a warranty claim.

Awesome for Steaks!
Cooks great! I wanted something that would give me the charcoal smoke taste. My Trager pellet gill lacked the smoke taste, and could not get the high temp I wanted, and no way to get that crusty sear you want on a steak. AND this Weber Master Touch, is great for potatoes, best taste for a whole spud wrapped in foil. Very pleased with this purchase!

This is the best way to start with lump charcoal. It's easy to figure out. The kettle design creates a flow that makes for even cooking.

They feel cheap now
So disappointed in the quality of the new era of Weber Kettle. The kettle is noticeably thinner than in the past and everything just feels flimsy now. I bought a new one to replace mine from 10 years ago but I’m going to return it and stick with my trusted kettle until I find a suitable replacement.

Still the Best Charcoal Grill Out There
The Weber Kettle is a versatile grill that can be used for both hot cooks and low and slow. Great temperature control and cleanup is very easy. The included grates, thermometer, and ash control system make a great grill better. Cooking on this grill has been a lot of fun. Quality control bad
Haven't used it yet. Packaging was good, shipping box was good. BUT, had big scrape and gouge in bottom of it where leg attaches and was dented in. In side paint was peeling off due to dent. By what I see it was damaged before being shipped and packaged and they just sent it out due to no damage to box it was shipped in. For the price you would think quality control would be better.
