Chose this garage door because this is the only door available in 16'x8' measurements. Ordered in September and finally received garage door in November. Paid delivering company to install the door and had to wait another 10 days at least for scheduling. Did not haul off old garage door

Garage door was installed earlier than expected. Day of appointment installer stated that we needed to pay them for haul off of old garage door, however, contract signed with Lowes stated this was included in amount paid. Lowes stated that Wayne Dalton would arrange pick up later. It has been a WEEK that our old garage debris is still on the side of our house in neighbors view. Door is excellent, instructions not...

The door it exactly what we wanted and ordered, the torsion bar system so much quieter than our previous spring set. The instructions were lacking, what came was a 4 page parts list essentially. it did have a QR code link to a pretty much useless site, no torsion settings limited measurement for setting rails. also FYI the quick set rail system is very limiting. The rails each have 2 mounts with 3 preset adjustment locations, this makes it very difficult to get the door against the weather seal....

Garage door nightmare

I ordered a garage door back on July 2nd. It arrived to to the local distributor yesterday damaged. I had various emails and phone calls with different people and would get different answers depending on the person concerning the shipping status. I was told it was shipped, I was told it was back at the manufacture, I was told there wasn't a tracking number. I feel I was lied to the whole time. Now I have to deal with getting a new door or panel. I am done with Lowe's and their lousy custo...

terrible installers and production times, was told 3-4 week to get door installed . 4 months later door was installed door broke 6 weeks later due to bad installation. miss balanced door and track was ripping out of wall. no support from Lowes or Wayne Dalton. 10 days later I paid 664 to get it repaired (no warranty no refund) save yourself buy another brand !

Great door with limited wall mount opener options

The likes: The door has obvious quality and design. Really like the Torquemaster system. Installation went smooth (watch the Wayne Dalton video) and the adjustment was very straight forward. I now have a very quiet smooth operating door. Buyers should note that there may not be a lot of options for a wall mount garage door installation. The dislikes: The process was a bit clunky.
