Long Wait for Wrong Doors
It took over four months to have the doors delivered only to receive the wrong doors. After calling customer service the only thing they could do if refund the order, so now I have to reorder new doors that have jumped 30% in price since I ordered them. Absolutely do not order from this company.

Never Delivered Order Cancelled
I cant tell anyone about the doors as I never received them. I placed the order back on Nov 7,2025. It was supposed to be delivered on Jan. 5, 2026. Now we're in March and I have yet to receive anything. Customer service was not helpful at any point and never had any answers besides a Sorry. The doors have since come up as out of stock as well as higher in price. Horrible costumer service and over experience.

I don’t know if this is the garage door you’re looking for and I just want to share my experience with this garage door with you. I purchased this garage door in August 2021 from Lowe’s and a couple of weeks ago it fell apart. This is a garbage door that barely get used and is only being use for storage purposes. The door looks great!
I'm very happy with the new garage door. Installer had no issues. I bought it for an investment property so I got a lower R value than if it were for my own house but it still seems to keep the garage at a reasonably warm temperature during this very cold winter. I’m not used to not having a manual lock and I’m not sure if I would ever use smart technology but maybe one day I’ll try it and see
