I purchased this garage door in August 2021 from Lowe’s and a couple of weeks ago it fell apart. This is a garbage door that barely get used and is only being use for storage purposes. The door looks great!
I'm very happy with the new garage door. Installer had no issues. I bought it for an investment property so I got a lower R value than if it were for my own house but it still seems to keep the garage at a reasonably warm temperature during this very cold winter. I’m not used to not having a manual lock and I’m not sure if I would ever use smart technology but maybe one day I’ll try it and see

I special ordered a 9100 door and it finallyarrived. I put it up and at the very end realized that Wayne-Dalton had sent the torquemaster bar and hardwear for a regular spring set. After More than six months later , I finally got the correct parts. It's a good door but customer service sucks.

I have never installed a garage door before. I am just an average guy that can do things. A classic 9' x 7' 9100 model insulated garage door, by Wayne Dalton, from Lowes. I installed this by myself in 2024 and I can tell ya, it was a learning curve. It can be done better if you had a helper. However, once I read the instructions a few times (what?
