I was concerned about delivery times and issues because of reviews posted. My doors came in the day that was my expected delivery date. I had never installed garage doors before but it was easy. The first door took 2 days the second took 4 hours. These doors are nice quality and value.

Useless

Order this door if you want to wait 4 months with zero updates, customer service at Lowes is a joke and has zero info, they give you a phone number to Wayne Dalton and after waiting on hold for 3 hours they tell you they have no idea and "Lowes is the only one with information." Save yourself the aggravation and money unless you want to spend money to listen to endless phone loops on hold all afternoon.

Where's all the parts?

Very few, vague instructions. Once you determine your particular door assembly instructions, you realize the company did not send all the parts. You call them, they tell you to send pictures of your stuff. And they tell you they will have to review things to see if they feel like sending you the stuff you need to complete installing the door.

product failure and no customer support

product purchased on February 2025. on May 2026, the top panel buckled inwards and will not close properly. the only part that is damaged is the top panel, but Wayne Dalton refuses to sell a single panel by itself. we now have to buy an entire door and door system.

instructions

nice door, works well. The instructions are absolutely horribly written. nothing is marked as introduction indicate. so much if what the instructions say and pictures show make no sense at all. be prepared to spend alone of time figuring it out. YouTube was actually more help.
