I bought three garage doors. All three packages had one dented panel. I put the dented panels in one package and sent it back, requesting a new door. The fourth package had another dented panel. I was able to swap brackets and move the dent to a hidden area. It's too bad because the doors installed nicely and look good. The hassle is caused by poor packaging. The exposed sides of the panels are on the top and bottom of the box and are protected by one layer of cardboard. No match for a forkli...

Ordered 2 garage doors. Even though the website says 5000+ in stock it took 2 months to get to my house. My contractor could not install the doors initially because they were missing parts (8-#1 hinges and8-#4 hinges) which I ended up ordering from a separate online company because WD doors do not use the ones on the shelf at Lowes. After the 1st door was successfully installed, the second door is STILL NOT INSTALLED because Lowes had the wrong parts box delivered with the door and I am missing ...
