Exercise in Extreme Frustration

This was, without exaggeration, the most frustrating product experience I’ve ever had. Like many other reviewers here, I waited nearly three months for my order to arrive. I purchased three Wayne Dalton 9100 garage doors, and they were finally delivered this morning. The doors themselves were correct. The springs and hardware were not. Very nice product

Purchased to replace a carriage style original garage door on a 1948 built home. Size was perfect and installation was a bit challenging. I’m an experienced DYI’er and it took a bit longer than I expected. Additional items that weren’t included such as the seal and locking mechanism. Panels were quality construction.

Worst experience ever

There’s not a negative star enough! Not only did it take months to get the doors, they were lost en route and took multiple calls before they could locate them; then they were to wrong doors when they arrived (wrong insulation). Lowe’s Installation gave the run-around, promising a supervisor or the door sales rep or his supervisor would call us asap. No one ever did after many calls to Lowe’s Installation. Then the warranty wound up being only 30 days when we had an issue with one of the openers...

Absolutely absurd of a delay

Very mad because bought it beginning of June was suppose to get it in July and was delayed over 3 weeks didn’t get it till mid August that is literally 3 months to ship a order was told they lost the order in the warehouse for a month straight before finally telling me it was on the way

Bad Practice.

Horrible delivery service. No coordination and left the steel parts out in the rain. Then they set a msg about delivery after the fact. No good, never again! Less than 1 star

Very cheap garage doors

bought 2 doors. Both top panels with glass broke within the first 5 times they were opened.

1. I was advised by multiple installers that they would not install or maintain this product. 2. I could not get an installer. 3. Lowe's could not help me get an installer. 4. I asked for a refund, I was told I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee ($340) as this is special order special order. Direct off of the lowe's website / drop shipped product from Wayne Dalton. Caution: make certain you know what you're getting. What I got was nothing but a pain in my crippled butt.
