Poor service from seller
I bought a Wayne Dalton door on April 19, 2026 with a delivery date of June 15 that was then changed to July 13. Account states it was shipped so where is it. My charge card is charged with interest being added. No one has a clue. Shipped with no tracking numbers. What a joke

1- est delivery 7.15, actual 8.8. 2- delivery, both boxes arrived damaged, hardware box not sealed so missing parts was expected. 3- customer service( 0-10)Quoted 5 weeks to replace missing parts. Disappointed would be kind.

I ordered this door and some misc. lumber for delivery. The door came but not the rest of the items. I went to the store and they charged me for a second delivery. $80. Then the delivery failed to arrive again. I canceled the order and I will not be back.
