I special ordered a 9100 door and it finallyarrived. I put it up and at the very end realized that Wayne-Dalton had sent the torquemaster bar and hardwear for a regular spring set. After More than six months later , I finally got the correct parts. It's a good door but customer service sucks.

I have never installed a garage door before. I am just an average guy that can do things. A classic 9' x 7' 9100 model insulated garage door, by Wayne Dalton, from Lowes. I installed this by myself in 2024 and I can tell ya, it was a learning curve. It can be done better if you had a helper. However, once I read the instructions a few times (what? 2 months than missing hardware
It took 2 months to receive the door. I was told 6 weeks, but that I can deal with. What is not alright is 80% of the hardware is missing. Called the shipping company, they said they sent what they had and to call Wayne Dalton. After an hour, finally getting someone to pick up the phone, only to tell me to take a photo and send it to an email address for review. They had no other information they could provide.
