Not a simple installation, hire a plumber.
Instructions were useless, had to buy other parts just for what should have been a simple job. After numerous hours of working on it, it still leaks.

Water filter only lasted 3 months
I was using a 01 water filter picture for years and decided to treat myself to the under sink filter. This water filter only lasted 3 months even though they cleaned it lasts a year. I never had a problem with the 01 water filter which proves that it's their filter that is not filtering the water correctly. I called to complain and he said he wanted me to get the receipt from the plumber. I told him that it's their filter not my water because I had used the 01 water filter for years with no prob...

INSTALLATION WAS THE SAME AS MY OLD GE FILTER SYSTEM. WATER TASTE IS THE SAME (GOOD) THIS NEW UNIT FLOWS A LITTLE MORE THAN MY OLD GE UNIT. HOLDING OFF ONE STAR TIL I DO ANOTHER REVIEW AFTER A YEAR.

2nd Faulty Fitting
I installed filter, everything was fine - no leaks. About 4 days later my kitchen floor is all wet from the fitting leaking. I called customer service, they sent out a new fitting. Installed new fitting- no leaks. This time 3 weeks later , same issue- leaking from same place on the fitting. Obviously these fitting are sub standard! The cost of this system is not cheap. Very unhappy with this product!
It will probably arrive a day early. Mine did.

Why do you not use reliable
Why do you not use reliable threaded connections at all filter and spicket sites rather than flimsy unreliable leak seal prone plastic push in connectors ?? Note that I would like an answe from support , f possible. Thanks Jim Peloso
