Check Pickup Location with WM
Make sure you verify with WM the location for pickup before you add items to Bagster. It’s not as big as I thought. If items are bulky this is not the way to go. Get a dumpster instead.

BEWARE: Bagster is deleting reviews on their site
Their real score is likely much worse than the 4.2 they have on the page. Here is the original review where I left 1 start So have used them in the past and it was fine. My kids had placed some branches on the top of the bag which caused the local pickup crew to call bagster that it was overloaded. So bagster called me and I authorized the $100 extra fee for over-loaded. Between the time the crew made the determination of overloaded and when they picked it up, another kid had placed some addit...

Very little long time to get picked up
The bag itself is a great idea—easy way to dispose of debris without needing a dumpster. However, it’s still sitting in my front yard. The website said it would be picked up within 5 days of the day I said it would be ready for pickup, which was on a Tuesday. They sent an email saying it would picked up Wednesday, then Thursday, then Friday. Now it’s scheduled for Monday, which is 7 days later. I have no one to contact and no way to find out what’s going on and why it hasn’t been picked up yet. ...

Bag was great. Service was ok
The bag is incredibly convenient. what bothered me is it was my weekly trash’s collecting week. The cans were set at the curb. The person picking up the bagster bag moved my trash can from the curb and didn’t set them back. This caused my weekly collection to be missed.
