First big Halloween purchase

My husband and I decided to go all out for Halloween this year and do a full Friday the 13th themed yard display. We ordered this Jason animatronic and got him set up this week. Low quality but good enough for my needs

If you are expecting a masterpiece then don't get surprised when this Jason Voorhees animatronic doesn't meet your expectations. Right off the bat his cheap chest plate arrived cracked and I had to unscrew everything just to tape it up. The paint on his eye was also chipped off. Great for a Collector of Horror Movie Slashers!

I like that the likeness is close to the Freddy Krueger character from the films. However, I wish that his glove hand was more at an angle so that it could look more realistic to human movement when it is raised. Also, his feet are positioned in a standing position. It would look more realistic if his legs & feet were positioned so it looks like he was moving towards you. Plus, I believe it would help in the stability of the animatronic. Love this product. Accurately described and a good value for the price. As others have mentioned, Freddy is a bit scrawny, but a trip to the fabric store for some extra stuffing will fix that up.Really impressed by the simplicity of the setup. Decent size Freddie

Purchased Freddie to add to my outdoor collection. Keep in mind this item is for indoor use only. I added reinforcements to the body as it is very thin plastic and covered the electrical so it would not get damaged with the elements. Definitely consider permanently gluing pieces together to make it studier, if you do not plan on breaking it down that is. The arms and legs are thin but nothing a pool noodle can't fix.

Does not Work Unless you use the step button

I am going to return this because the sensor did not work to activate the dude the entire night for Halloween. THis was the most expensive animatronic I purchased and the only one that didn't work. It has a button to step on to make it activate but the thing was far away from my table to use it. Good idea for scaring people if it only worked

Jason, mask optional??

I was so excited to get this animatronic. It comes from one of my favorite movies, which I made my family watch after buying him. It came with a few staples in his mask and I took the liberty of removing them. The mask still attaches, but the face is fully rendered and scary all on its own! Jason Voorhees is a worthwhile prop

Finally snagged one online after missing out last year. Our Campsite is right on the lake with a dock close by so he will be perfect. Like most animatronics, he needs some tweaking. I will add some padding here and there and definitely splatter him with perma blood. May even get a different/better mask, but overall it is a decent prop for the price.

I absolutely love this guy! I was never able to get the older animatronics of Jason, so seeing this guy many years later I had to get him. While he's not the highest quality compared to the older models, he's still a very solid bot for today's standards. The only qualm I have with him is how heavily he leans forward, and he sways when activated. But for a static prop for my Jay collection, I love him!

Was happy to find him

Was really bummed when I missed out on getting him online, but a local Lowes store had him still wrapped on a pallet in storage on the top shelf in the garden area. I'm planning on changing a few things on him (already added a new mask), but overall I'm extremely happy with him.
