Knob failed after 2 years
We will replace this fixture with the same product so we don't need to re-drill our original wooden storm door. The knob broke free this morning after two years of light to moderate use. Specifically, a retaining flange on the inside of the exterior knob broke off, allowing the knob to simply slip off the spindle as my wife opened the storm door.
