Collection bag
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought the mower 3 weeks ago. It does the job for my needs but I have a problem with the collection bag, I lift the back door, slide the bag in the slots, mow the lawn but NO grass in the bag Why, what did I do wrong It seems to be assembled correctly????

Do not buy
When i first bought this mower it worked great. Now a few years later all it does is rev up and down the WHOLE time I mow the lawn. I have to keep shutting off and turning back on. I have a very small yard but still go through 4 full batteries because of this issue.

Great mower
The mower works very well. I just wish the batteries lasted longer.

This cordless mower was the first time I tried Worx product. Age getting old is one of the main reason i wanted to switch from electric to cordless mower. another reason is my gardening area lessened every time I moved residence. The mower works fine; fairly light and small enough to carry around; battery power good (when still new?). Only drawback: batteries very tight to push fit and pull out (due to small size hands of mine?).
