Not Sturdy and heavy to use

One of the plastic clip connectors broke on first use. I wanted to use this to trim some of my tall bushes instead of paying like all of my other yard work. Very heavy and awkward to balance. It would be nice to have some handle in the middle of the extended pole but i guess cheapness is a priority these days. I can't imagine using this in July and August . I will have to pay a bit more and get a better product. Returned this one right away.

Very good and powerful trimmer.

I love the lightness of this trimmer for taller trees, and bushes compared to other trimmers out there battery life is pretty good lasted long enough for me to complete my work

Past purchases of this brand have been faultless.

Have yet to use but quality looks ok.

Too heavy

I am a woman with 4 other Worx tools. I bought this because it said it was lightweight. It is not. It's heavy and long and hard to control. I used it once last year and decided it was too dangerous for me to use. I hired a gardener and gave it to him and even he is having problems. If you have muscular arms and shoulders this would be an excellent tool. I love Worx tools but not this one.

Good for price

Very quiet but cut very well. Can easily extend the pool and change angle. Can remove the cutter for better storage. Only con so far is its kind of heavy. But not sure how anything like this could not be.

Having more than a few Worx tools I found that Lowes prices are sometimes less than other retailers so when I originally ordered from a competitor and not receiving it when promised I ordered from Lowes. Don’t bother

This tool is too cumbersome, unbalanced and heavy to use on taller shrubs. It is also not powerful enough to cut larger stems with its low speed. I did find it useful ground-clearing my hostas this fall.
