Customers highlight its lightweight and compact design, as well as the ability to detach the saw from the pole for use as a standalone chainsaw. Overall, the product receives positive feedback from the majority of customers.
Customer review summary generated by AI, including incentivized reviews.Really neat 2-in-1 design. A little heavy.
The 2-in-1 nature of this product is appealing. So far, I've used it as a small handheld trim saw more than I've used it affixed to the pole, but it does work on the pole. Someone's literature said the angle of the saw on the pole was adjustable. It is NOT. You get the angle shown in the picture. Assembly was easy. It's nice that the pole comes apart at a screw-joint half way up its length. That makes for easier storage. The instructions were thorough and even included a tutorial on the ...

Great Little Saw
I purchased this saw to cut down a 65ft tree in my backyard, and I knew full well from the descriptions and reviews that this was NOT a commercial or professional use saw, and I am not a pro by any means. This was my first chainsaw purchase, although I have rented gas powered models to do bigger or more work. Having said all that, this saw does what it says and probably more. You should read and follow the instructions before using for sure. Assembling the unit was pretty easy (even though those...

Works very well, but as a polesaw, a bit heavy.
I got this a few days ago, and used it for the first time today. First, as a chainsaw: The first time I turned it on, it cut quickly, then the chain popped off. I took off the cover, re-installed the chain, then tightened the lock nut more, and it worked fine after that. Made a few cuts on a branch and it worked perfectly. Next, as a polesaw. I have (well, now, had) a fairly small tree (~5" at the base, 3-4" at the cable) leaning against the neighbor's cable coming in from the street that I...

WORX great, until it doesn’t
Saw is a little front heavy but was great for pruning the occasional limb. However, the motor is designed to fail. The shaft of the motor includes plastic pieces that will melt with any sort of continuous use. We had a storm come through the area and I needed to trim the downed limbs (2-5” in diameter) into 6 foot lengths for disposal and after 10 cuts in a row the saw slowed down and the electric motor started smoking from the burning plastic that had melted and was being thrown into the elect...

Just got it for Christmas haven’t used it yet but I’ve got branches hanging over my shed so I’m sure it will put to good use once it warms up here in New Hampshire.

great power in small form factor
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) small and robust machine, was able perform under challenging conditions. A bit heavy when fully extended, so you have to be extra careful. Great benefit of having 2 in 1 - cut branches and immediately trim them for disposal.

Excellent Pole Saw-Pretty Good Chain Saw
Just had the chance to use this for the first time for an extended period of about 3 hours of pruning and subsequently cutting the branches into smaller pieces. I also cut down a dead stump about 12" diameter by 6' tall. I'll put in two reviews here. One for the unit as a pole saw and one for the unit as a solo chain saw. Pole Saw: Great pole saw. Easy to use and not too heavy. I read some people say that it was heavy for extended use. I didn't find this to be the case unless I had it fully ...

Awesome tool!!!
Our neighbor let us borrow this exact chainsaw and we will be buying this! We trimmed our 23 yr old oak tree and it worked wonders. Our tree had NEVER been cut back with anything but a pair of tree shears, so it needed a lot of work thinning out the branches of all sizes. We used it all day and loved it. The chain only popped off once. We figured out how to put it on via YouTube and then it worked perfectly again. Here’s a bad picture of what it trimmed! It’s nearly larger than our suv!

Excellent saw if you know how to use it
After reading some of the negative comments I decided that most were more operator error than product issues. I bought this saw to cut down a small bushy tree that had a base of 8 inches and height about 12 feet. The main branches were 2-3 inches diameter. The saw did a great job. The only issue I had was with the smaller thin branches (less than 1/4 inches). These were shredded more than cut. However, chain saws aren't really designed to cut very thin branches or vines (as one poster com...

Definitely worth it!!!
I just want to start off by saying avoid the bad reviews and buy this if you’re looking for a cheap and effective pole saw. I have a tree line beside my house that I needed to completely clear out so I bought this for a fairly big project. My expectations were low but that quickly changed after I used it. The bar is only 10” but it’ll cut pretty much whatever you throw at it. One thing I really like is that you can remove the pole from the saw and use it as a regular electric chain saw. Only do...
