Vital Coat X-440 sealer is a high performance, high solids water based low VOC Silane Siloxane penetrating sealer and water repellent for concrete and masonry surfaces. It penetrates deep into the surface and chemically reacts with the concrete to create a protective hydrophobic water repellant barrier yielding a longer lasting protection against water intrusion, salts, staining, freeze/thaw, mold and mildew, efflorescence, dusting, scaling and spalling. X-440 is a non-yellowing, UV resistant sealer that does not leave behind a visible surface film, and will not change the look or color of the surface.
