flawed product - fake reviews

There is no way all the products from the company get over 4.5 stars on Lowe's. The products are fundamentally flawed. I wasted a lot of my time and ruined my work. I would give -1000 stars if possible. See the photos. The handle wiggles and comes off at the stubs. I tried 2, both had the same flaw. the base connected to the handle by threaded screws that threads easily.
