What Customers Are Saying

The vinyl plank flooring is reported to have a realistic wood-like appearance and be durable, scratch and water resistant, and comfortable underfoot. Many customers are highly satisfied with the product's quality and ease of installation. However, some customers received damaged or defective planks, especially with online orders, and reported issues with the fragile interlocking mechanisms. The overall consensus is that the product is excellent when received in good condition, but the risk of receiving damaged goods is a significant concern.

Fragile

Would Not Recommend

Would not recommend this flooring. It’s very fragile and breaks during installation. Had to purchase more to finish the room, which arrived broken. Poor choice and don’t want others to make the same mistake.

Major Freight Damage

Would Not Recommend

I ordered 8 boxes of the Tasira and all 8 boxes had damage. The first box I opened had one damaged that I did not see until the end of that box. I opened up the other seven boxes and each box has more than 50% planks damaged on the ends. Seems to be caused by standing the boxes upright versus laying them flat. Not available for another 8 days for 50 miles.

Don't special order vinyl plank

Would Not Recommend

I ordered 6 boxes of these planks and had them shipped to the store. 5 of the 6 boxes had significant damage to the edges. You kind of need the interlocking mechanism along all four sides of each plank in order to install them. I didn't even bother attempting to install with how many pieces were broken. Returned these to the store and picked up an available in-store option, which turned out pristine. Moral of the story, if the planks don't show up on a full pallet like you get in-store, I w...

Quick Install- very DIY!

Would Recommend

I was able to install 200 square feet of this floor by myself- a 68 year old female DIYer! As others mentioned, many of the planks had minor chips on the interlocking sides but I was able to work around them since they were minor. This is my 7th floating I have installed install over the years and was the easiest even though I did it solo.I am pleased with the matte finish . I installed it in my guest room that is often frequented by two 60# dogs and I hope it holds up well due to the thicker we...

Best Vinyl Flooring Ever!

Would Recommend

We bought this flooring to upgrade from old-school carpet to a more luxurious feel in our classroom. The interlocking system made it easy and the look and feel of it was definitely worth the effort.

Haven't installed yet, so can't comment on durability. The grain patterns are a little darker/greener than I expected, but it is a nice looking floor.
