There is no protection within the box for item

The item if intact is great however two of the three items that I ordered were cracked, I only noticed one of them initially so I threw away the box for the other. Both were cracked and exactly the same place on the bottom corner… There is no protection or packaging around the item inside the box, there should be at the corners and edging at the very least.
