Delaminates from splashing water

This item is beautiful, and the inside boxes are well made, but the lamination on the fronts and sides are terrible. We had water splash from the top of the sink from a toddler washing his hands. The water sat maybe 10 minutes and it completely ruined the lower pull out drawer faces. It looks awful now and is delaminated. I am hopeful the manufacturer atleast provides replacement parts for purchase at a fair price. I'll update review to add a star if I am able to get replacement...

Beautiful piece, Poor Instructions

I ordered the sink and one side cabinet to remodel my hallway bathroom. The color blue and look is great. I struggled with the mirror! No directions or hardware was sent to hang it. I reached out to vanity art to get guidance the hardware they told me to buy makes no sense. I am going to have to pay someone to install it.

Never received, wrong item shipped

Had this set shipped for store pickup (I've been warned from the reviews). Went to the store when it arrived, and as expected, they shipped the wrong item, smaller size, totally different model. The pickup clerk said their store could not do anything but to process a return. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Shipped items with fragile parts are hard to trust

The sink sizes did not match and one sink was broken in 2 pieces. The actual furniture is very nice. The Lowes store manager Jose has been trying to help but no one from Vanity Art has responded to phone calls or emails. Now I am stuck with an unfinished bathroom until I can get an answer.

Still waiting on this product to arrive that was supposed to be her three days ago. No shipping information is available except a tracking number. That does nothing and Lowes cannot get in touch with the company because nobody answers the phone for three days now horrible customer service can’t review the product because I never got it.

Great unit...... but

Everything about this thing feels great, from the drawers to the doors, closers and all. Except for the fact that they give you nothing to hang the mirror with! I would have given it 5 stars, but now I have to engineer a way to hang the dang mirror, so I won't. Also, I ordered 2 at the same time, and one has a chrome overflow port and one has a white one, each shaped differently, which is weird because it stated no overflow in the specs, and also because all of the rest of the hardware is brushe...
