What Customers Are Saying

Customers praise the tub's elegant, modern design and exceptional value, noting it fits perfectly in compact spaces and offers impressive depth for comfortable soaking. Many highlight the stylish appearance and affordable price as standout features. However, installation presents challenges—reviewers report the lightweight construction lacks secure mounting, requiring additional adhesive to prevent tipping, and some experience drain leaks and gaps in the skirt. A few mention receiving cracked units or concerns about material durability. Despite these hardware drawbacks, most customers consider the tub a worthwhile purchase for its aesthetic appeal and comfort.

It is a tipping hazard if not properly stabilized

Would Recommend

Love this tub but they need to come up with a better installation situation. We ended up using liquid nails underneath to secure it better to the floor to not rely on the drain for stability.

Tub is nice, Lowe’s is the problem

Would Recommend

The tub came cracked because delivery people did not take care. They did not wait for us to unpack and check. Called to get a replacement, almost two weeks later, no tub. They were supposed to deliver tomorrow, delayed until Saturday. We will see if it shows up. The tub quality might be suspect, the crack during shipment is concerning. Aesthetically it is very nice. The size and shape are great. The drain connnection is weird, not setup for a typical trap. I had to use a slip joint like...
