drain hose is cheap. Not building code approved

Product was delivered with missing drain and over flow kit pieces. The communication of emails and pictures sent to the with customer service dept. was differcult to have the co. Rep, understand these items were not included in my tub box. The company does not have a working telephone. And finally they got the message. Then the rep informs me chrome is the only piece metal that part comes in. Per web site and order that piece I ordered white color. And the web site states availability in 10 diff...
