Horrible
Followed directions perfectly. Applied to my stain deck. Goes on with a yellowish tint and turns wood cloudy white after rain.

CAUTION!!!
I followed the directions. The product went on some areas yellowish. Three weeks later after raining the stained deck shows white blotches everywhere. I called them and they lied to me saying it is for BARE WOOD only. Not per the can directions.

Spray or Brush
Holds up under the Florida sun. I have brushed on and sprayed, both work fine. I didn't need to thin when spraying. All applied on treated wood fence, after it had dried out for several months. The one thing I don't like is the price !
