Nice porch paint.
It seems like the oil based paint penetrates into the wood for better adhesion. It last down nice and any roller or brush marks fade quickly on their own. It does take a while to dry so avoid rain or heavy dew for 24 hours or you will end up with droplet marks and or wrinkles where water pooled on the surface, even after it feels dry to the touch. I bought this a month ago and I’m so glad I did got it for my basement floor really an awesome light gray. The man at the store was true to his word . And that saying these days. I would definitely recommend this paint.

Looks great!
I’m very happy with this product. I power washed my concrete, etched it, applied a coat of primer and then started painting. I did two coats of white (you can see in one of the pictures the difference between one and two coats) and once coat of black for the design. I’m on year two of stenciling and power washed the winter grime with very minimal impact to the paint.
