The product has mixed performance, with some users finding it easy to apply and effective at sealing and protecting concrete surfaces, while others report inconsistent results such as a matte or splotchy appearance and poor water repellency. Coverage can also vary widely. Careful application and managing expectations around the final finish appear to be important factors in achieving satisfactory results.

As advertised

The product did a great job at sealing the patio. You can see a clear difference between treated and untreated sections in water resistance.

Appears to work as stated; waiting to see!

We're trying this out on our concrete floors at our new event center at www.RockyRidgeOk.com. Curious to see how well it functions.

Perfect sealer for a driveway

Would Recommend

Works as advertised and just follow the instructions. After allowing the sealer to dry, water beaded and ran smooth down to the gutter. Cleaning products from washing vehicles off and other stains is so much easier now.
