ONLY 1 TOILET OUT IF 2 WE ORDERED ARRIVED
We ordered 2 toilets, Lowe's said both were delivered when only 1 out of 2 arrived and that 1 was damaged, Lowe's customer service then hung up on me Twice and finally said FedEx had the 1, then Karen the Store manager told me I was responsible for calling FedEx to find out why they didn't deliver both, giving me the same tracking number as the 1 Fedex delivered saying that was the same tracking number for both

I visited my friend’s house, and they had installed a bidet in their bathroom. One was a Japanese brand, and the other was a Korean brand called VOVO. My friend had used both products for over two years and recommended the Korean brand bidet as the better option. Great bidet toilet. Love the look, comfort and its functionality. It has all the bells and whistles you'll ever need, minus the auto sit opener, which I didn't need. It ahs a powerful flush when connected to city water. Will be buying more for the other bathrooms.

Great quality, good features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was pretty easy. After several month of usage, no problems noted. There is just one concern: when the valve shuts-off, it creates a strong "water hummer" effect. If I knew it in advance, I'd install a water hammer arrester, but now it's too late due to the remodeled space is too tight for the standard models.
