I haven’t seen a chair fall apart as fast as I’ve seen these chairs fall apart. Screws that won’t stay in place, welds that come apart, plastic caps that continually to come off and bent parts. If I hadn’t placed such a large order, I would send them all back.

I ordered a 10-pack. 6 chairs were delivered. I called Customer Service and asked to be sent the remaining 4 chairs that I paid for with my Lowes Credit Card. I was told that was not an option b/c of the 3rd party distributor. They would issue me an e-gift card credit. I did not pay with an e-gift card. Come on, Lowe's! Do better.
