This unit works great. It has plenty of suction power and the charcoal filters provide an additional level of filtration. Vivi from the Vikio Customer Support team helped me to resolve an issue for me. I am highly satisfied with the range hood and the customer support that I received from Vivi. Arrived in perfect condition. I most pleased with the quietness. Of course, it’s not silent, but as a renter, every range hood in the rentals were like being at an airport! This range is absolutely quiet, in comparison. The suction, even on low, was fantastic. After hours of searching for just the right one, in my price range, this one performs exactly as I had hoped!
