Impeccable Customer Service
The hood has worked flawlessly since installation & started to have some unknown noise. I found a bird exiting my exterior home vent exhaust. The bird had entered my vent tube from the exterior & built a nest just above the fan exhaust flaps, which broke one of the flaps. Customer Service responded within 24 hours & had replacement parts within a week. Not only that but once replacing exhaust flaps another issue was discovered & are replacing a 2nd piece. Filter issue but excellent service from Yuki
I had an issue with the baffle filters —they unexpectedly fell off multiple times and onto my stovetop. I purchased this hood from Lowe’s for our new kitchen. When the hood was installed, we found that the motor fan was hitting the housing. I reached out to Vikio directly and worked with Yuki who helped me first determine if I could solve the issue myself, then replaced my faulty hood with a brand new one.
