Great quality good features
I have been using this shower panel for two months and I love it. I looked at many shower panels before deciding on this one, the build quality is great (others used thinner sheet metal and felt bit flimsy). The hand held shower is metal compared to majority that I saw which had plastic hand held shower. Installation was simple/easy. The water pressure was lower for my liking, and I reached out to Vigo (manufacturer) and they right away sent me a water restrictor of 2.8 gallon/min (Original was ...

Great looking shower panel
In the winter of 2021 I purchased 2 of these units and another different Vigo unit. The higher end unit has a lot higher water pressure compared to the Mateo units. I was hoping the Mateo would be the same as the other unit. One Mateo unit no longer allows the controlling of hot and cold water. Water seems to always be cool but not cold.

Beautiful Shower Fixture with Easy Installation
I’m very pleased with the shower and its functions. The installation was much easier than anticipated, however, I turned to YT to determine how to properly adjust water temperature, due to not being able to locate the how-to in the instructions. Otherwise, I am pleased.

Beautiful and functional
This is the second one we’ve purchased. Literally wore out the first one. Loved it so much we replaced it with the exact same thing! We have hard water which ruined the first one. We now have a water softener. Look forward to many years of wonderful spa showers
