What Customers Are Saying
The product received mixed reviews. Many customers were pleased with its lovely, easy-to-assemble, and sturdy design, finding it to be a great value. However, a significant number reported quality issues, such as damaged or poorly made parts, stripped screws, and cracked or split wood. Some also found the chairs less comfortable than expected. The quality and durability of this product appear to be inconsistent.

I bought this bench for my patio and I am very pleased with it. There was one minor bit of damage to it, a piece of the seat brace had a small split in it but I quickly repaired it with a bit of wood glue and clamping it for a few hours (see photo). It took me about an hour to assemble the bench and there are only five pieces to it with several screws. Assemble one side to the back piece and the front slat and then connect the other side to the back and slat, then drop in the seat and screw it i...
arrived damaged and width is smaller
Product arrived damaged on one side and also measured width is 31 1/4 not 36 as advertised Double checked the model number on the box and it matches with my order How come is this possible that advertised is 36-in W but actual product width is 31 1/4.
Beautiful, craftsman built gate.
Bought this wooden gate to divide off a portion of my deck that already has lattice wall. Looks great. Perfect for me. Strong, sturdy and pretty. Love that I can move it when not needed. Easy to put together. Came with tools too. A++. Made to order - has the smell of fresh varnish with a hand made craftsmanship feel. Highly recommend. Pretty enough to use indoors.
61 inch Patio Bench
Very easy to put together, but the directions could have been more specific;that is which part do you screw on first. I screwed the sides in first, but had to remove one side so the seat would go in. I screwed in the underneath bar last but could not get one of the 2 screws to line up.After trying for almost 30 min. I just left it out. Maybe the bar should have gone on earlier.Better with 2 people, but I did it alone.
Okay but not great
I am redoing my patio and wanted new, wood furniture. I ordered this lounger because it matched my other eucalyptus furniture that I purchased. It came pretty much put together. Just needed tightening. The wood material seems quite hardy without any problems. The foot rest is removable, which is a nice feature, and the back has several positions so you can recline more. The chair folds up which makes it nice for storing. The concept for the foot rest is good, but the hardware is very flim...
Okay, but I hoped for more.
On the positive side, they're fully assembled right out of the box. Although, they seem a little flimsy. I'll have to see if any fasteners can be tightened to make them more sturdy. The description says they're brown, but mine are more brick red. Disappointing since the table we bought is indeed brown. Granted, the table is from Outdoor Interiors. I had hoped they would be a closer match since they're both of the same species wood and "brown". I may try a darker stain to match the table. Speaki...
VERY MISREPRESENTEDre
Picked up and assembled on 5/19/17. Especially purchased because of the width of seat stating it was 25 inches. Turned out to be a seat area of 16 inches. Stated 60 inches long, turned out to be 57 if you include the arms and 54 if you just measure seating area, excluding arms. The back that you lean against is 22.5. It also had 3 areas that were splintered, which I will have to sand a little and put a colored furniture marker on. The two screws under the bench were not long enough, had to...
