the product may be good, the shipping is terrible
This was meant to be a gift, but unfortunately, it arrived damaged. I believe the damage occurred during shipping, which seems to happen too often. The biggest issue I have is that the only way to return it is by taking it back to the store. Since I live two hours away from Lowe's, this is quite inconvenient, especially because the whole point of ordering online was to avoid having to haul it myself!
Junk
Lasted 1 year 6 months and quit making ice. Low on Freon. My best friend bought the same one. His lasted 2 month. Got a new one under warranty it lasted 9 months and company would not honor warranty.

Decent Ice maker
It makes ice fast, need to plumb into small waterline, it also needs to be plumbed into a drain. It is insulated decently well. The it is not refrigerated. The ice is steadily melting, but this keeps it from sticking together. As of 2 months into ownership if is having issues with the on off flap.

Ice was too thick to break apart. Then a week in it completely stopped making ice. Customer service for Vevor is a joke. Told to break ice cubes with a metal spoon. DUH bent the spoon. Then clean the pump since it's apparently clogged afterv1 weeks use. Don't call them either. You can't get through. Returned it and trying another brand.
