Vevor is a HORRIBLE brand.
This brand suddenly arrived and is on everything? They don't back up products, assume they just white lable a bunch of crap and churn in new categories weekly. Bought a worthless product and they refuse to even honor warranties at all. Since Lowes is now very bad with satisfaction resolution, don't expect them to help when the time comes. If you ignore the VEVOR warnings, buy at Costco, Sams or Best Buy (with Total only) where they'll back up their products.

This is a great mixer !
Everything as described there is a small dimple on the collar that holds the bowl i would say its probably on many from the foundry. It does not effect anything but it is there. Ultimately seems to be excellent mixer a lot of bang for my buc. Easy on both eyes and ears i'm impressed.

I was very upset because it was a gift for my mother and it was delayed and on top of that when i recieved it the product was damaged so now i have to return it and the product is out of stock and its very upsetting and frustrating.
