These are NOT 5x10! I wanted to exchange for something that is 5x10 and both in store and on the phone refuse to do so. They also tried to explain away the incorrect sizing but do not seem to understand measurements. Is it too much to ask that I receive what I ordered?

Poor Quality
Ordered silver colored interlocking floor tiles through Lowe’s. What I received was three different shades of tile. One box contained tiles with some of the tabs broken-off - not damaged as the result of shipping. Poor Vevor product and customer service. Buy another product elsewhere.
