Missing handles & hooks
After purchasing this product I realized the handles and hooks were missing. After contacting Vevor, I was told I had to go through Lowe’s since I didn’t purchase this directly with Vevor. Needless to say, Lowe’s was unable to resolve the situation and kicked the ball back to Vevor. I still am without the parts needed and should have gone with a reputable vendor and not Vevor.
