Fairly heavy
We received the item too late for the emergency we had. But it seems to be fairly heavy duty, I love that it has wheels and can be rolled where we need it to go. The instructions for assembly, we're not very complete or clear, but we got it together correctly. Hopefully the next time we have an extreme emergency like this, we are prepared!

when retracting coil got tangled up and could not fix.

Works as advertised. Was skeptical because of other negative reviews but we haven't had any issues so far.
Parts of cutting accessory parts were lost twice while snaking after I retrived the auger. The first time happened after one month of use. Vevor was did send me a replacement part. However this time and it's the third time I'm using the auger. The cable got stucked about 3-4 feet. Unfortunatelly, it's 2 months past 1-year warranty. I think I'm out of luck to be cover by the warranty. Just feel bad that I spent over $300 and only used it 3 times and this machine is not longer usable
