The item came securely packaged. It is sturdy and has a great powder coat on all metal parts that should definitely add to its longevity. All parts and connection holes aligned without issue. I especially appreciated the fact the company included extra hardware, instead of my usual luck of having pieces missing. My dogs appreciate the canvas canopy cover. Especially on hot summer days. The canopy is supposed to be water repellent, but I sprayed it with a couple of cans of Scotch UV and water rep...

Would have given 5 star but the sides could use more support between the panels. It is working fine without them so far.

I love it, but the doors were the dogs get their food needs to be more stable. My dogs have already broken through that the first day.

I should have looked closely at the measurements, but even with a little dog u can't fit a dog house in it. it maybe something good for chickens or cats. but it's tiny even for a small dog.
