Missing hardware

I purchase patio over a week ago and it’s missing all the hardware . I was informed that it is being shipped from China, which is frustrating since I bought it here in California. I expected Lowes to ship the item immediately. This delay is preventing me from starting my project, and I am very disappointed with the customer service

Very good directions for all of the wood pieces. Everything lined up so the errecting process was fairly quick...3 hours for my wife and I. We are both in our mid 70's. The metal roof instructions were so so. Installing the roof panels and trim with 144 tiny screws was very challenging. But it came out great.
