This is cheaply made. It doesn't stand up to its advertising. It is not made to last through all seasons. The customer service SUCKS! They will not help you. I had this piece of junk for only six months and its destroyed by weather that was stated it could hold up in. DON'T waste your hard earned money.

Love it!
I love my new pergola. It has very good materials and was fairly easy to put together. My husband and I did it in about 4 hours. I'm not sure how some people got it together in 2 hours??? They must have super powers! The pergola is lovely and makes a great addition to your yard.

This lounge chair wasn't for me.
The product was missing a piece in shipment, the boxes had wear and tear so piece probably fell out. The chairs were not comfortable they had to much sag and almost collapsed when trying to change the back position.

Purchased as a Christmas gift. Lowes had issues tracking and locating the package. When I did get it I went to assemble it they had an incorrect part. Fortunately it was a main piece so I found it early. Finally received the correct part a week after new years.
