What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the gazebo's beautiful, stylish appearance and solid build quality, with many noting the sturdy metal frame and polycarbonate panels create a relaxing outdoor retreat. Most find the design durable and well-constructed, though assembly is widely acknowledged as time-consuming with unclear instructions and mislabeled parts causing frustration. Despite these challenges, many customers successfully complete assembly themselves and appreciate the included extra screws and parts. A few report concerns about wind stability or thin framing, but most consider the final result worth the effort and value for money.

Delivered by Estes express damaged

Got text from Estes Express saying our gazebo would be delivered to day, so I took the day off work to make sure the delivery went well. While i was sitting in living room the truck backed up in my driveway in the pouring rain and slid the 500 + pound pallet off the back of the 5:foot high bed the truck allowing it to slam down onto the cement…that is when I knew they were here. By the time I got out the door they were driving off And would not stop. So the cardbord boxes got soaked in the pou...

Great Product

I truly love my new gazebo. The instructions were easy to follow and it is gorgeous! It did arrive with one damaged part so I emailed the company. They were quick to respond and replaced the part with no hassle at all. I highly recommend this company.

Overall 5 Stars

Would Recommend

Like the title states. Overall 5 stars. I am 68 years old and needed two extra young folk to assist in getting this up. It was a two day effort. The first day I worked on it by myself. Was able to get the four post assembled and the four cross beams. After that you needed extra hands to place the beams on the post. Two of us were able to get it them on there with some struggle. By the time the 3rd person showed up we had the major part of the frame done. Now it was time to start assem...

Beautiful / Horrible Assembly!

Would Not Recommend

First, I want to say that the gazebo itself is beautiful. We were very excited about this purchase. However, assembling it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Took us 3 days to finally complete it. We have owned and assembled several gazebos over the years, so this is not our first installation. Unfortunately, this has been by far the most difficult one we have ever encountered. The primary issues are the lack of clear, detailed instructions and the way many of the components have bee...

LOVE OUR VEIKOUS HARDTOP GAZEBO

Would Recommend

We purchased the Veikous Hardtop Gazebo and had it delivered. We put it together ourself with no trouble at all. We love it! Installation did take us a full day, we took out time to make sure it was done right! But no trouble at all, LOVE the whole thing, we added a fan and lights. The rain drains keep the rain from dripping all over the sides! We highly recommend this Gazebo! THANK YOU
