Disaappointing
Wanted to like this but the rope hammock part is very poor quality. Frame is excellent but this thing had frays and came apart within 2 weeks of minimal use. Customer service was very poor, nobody answers phone and email correspondence was also poor offering no solution but a 25$ refund.... that doesnt solve the problem. I wouldn't trust 200lbs in this thing let alone 400! it went back to Lowes now fighting for my refund!

We love our new hammock. My pool only thing is when it storms, bring the bed part inside. It tried blowing away.

Comfortable hammock
It’s simple to put together. The hammock itself is hard to stretch and attach at first but stretches out easily after laying on it a couple times.
