This gazebo showed up damaged. This seems to be fairly common. Mine came with a large dent in one of the support legs. It sounds like others have had damaged panels. Which I am not surprised. This is the cheapest most expensive item I have ever purchased. The panels are fragile, the stability bars don’t fit very well, and most of it can bend easily. This is certainly not worth $1000.
Bad customer service
2 rails and a roof panel came damaged. We sent pictures of the damaged parts , roof panel was our main concern..We were told they would replace the rails but not the roof panel. They offered us $20 and we were told it wasn’t that bad. The panel looked like it had a bullet hole in it. We told them no that we wanted the panel to be replaced. They then told us that they would like us to help us out but the panel wasn’t available and offered us $40 …Again said no…We went to Lowe’s and they told us a...

Two panels came damaged and Veikous is telling me that they will give me 40 credit because they are not in stock or I can go buy my own materials and cut them to size. Ridiculous. I paid 704.89 for a product that should not be damaged. They do not stand by what they sell. Should have gone with the other company. But I will be disassembling this and returning if I don't get my panels replaced. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Damaged pieces
bent pieces. Got the frame up from there pieces were bent. The roof has holes in it! Reached out to company nobody replied. Not worth what you pay for!! They think you’re gonna take down the frame and put it back in a box and send it back to them. Yeah, OK not happening!! it took me a day to get the frame up! Then find out the rest of this had issues
Great to look at for the summer But won’t last.
We purchased and were very happy easy assembly great fit but than holes in the roof from the sun. Lots of them!!! It’s happening around noo as the sun reaches its peak. Both the manufacturer and Lowe’s will not honor anything past 90 days. Don’t waste your money for something that has a roof that won’t last more than a single year.
