VEIKOUS Gazebo 14-ft x 10-ft Hardtop Roof Aluminum Gazebo (Screen Included)

Delivered by Estes express damaged

Got text from Estes Express saying our gazebo would be delivered to day, so I took the day off work to make sure the delivery went well. While i was sitting in living room the truck backed up in my driveway in the pouring rain and slid the 500 + pound pallet off the back of the 5:foot high bed the truck allowing it to slam down onto the cement…that is when I knew they were here. By the time I got out the door they were driving off And would not stop. So the cardbord boxes got soaked in the pou...

Overall 5 Stars

Like the title states. Overall 5 stars. I am 68 years old and needed two extra young folk to assist in getting this up. It was a two day effort. The first day I worked on it by myself. Was able to get the four post assembled and the four cross beams. After that you needed extra hands to place the beams on the post. Two of us were able to get it them on there with some struggle. By the time the 3rd person showed up we had the major part of the frame done. Now it was time to start assem...

Beautiful / Horrible Assembly!

First, I want to say that the gazebo itself is beautiful. We were very excited about this purchase. However, assembling it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Took us 3 days to finally complete it. We have owned and assembled several gazebos over the years, so this is not our first installation. Unfortunately, this has been by far the most difficult one we have ever encountered. The primary issues are the lack of clear, detailed instructions and the way many of the components have bee...

Great Product

I truly love my new gazebo. The instructions were easy to follow and it is gorgeous! It did arrive with one damaged part so I emailed the company. They were quick to respond and replaced the part with no hassle at all. I highly recommend this company.

Big Gazebo Energy

I was originally just looking for a small gazebo to enjoy the summer, but my wife happened to stumble upon this 12x20 monster. The price was right, so I figured, why not go big? It arrived on a truck, perfectly packed without scratch. Three of us started the assembly right after brunch and worked straight through the evening. We were finally able to sit back and relax. The polycarbonate panels feel solid, and they actually keep it pretty warm in this weather. It was a long day, but totally worth...

Damaged upon arrival

Received damaged boxes. Customer service was no help. Do not buy from VEIKOUS!

Disappointed with Lowes Purchase and Customer Serv

I received a 6ft x 1ft x 1.5ft box with mixed pieces. Lowes tried to tell me the 12ft x 16ft Gazebo was in this little box. I called Lowes and of course I spoke to someone who had very broken English. I was told to open the box and let them know what was missing. Darn near everything was missing. DO NOT BUY or waste your time with Lowes. Unfortunately this had great reviews and I figured I couldn't go wrong but I was very disappointed with this purchase and completely dissatisfied wit...

great product

We bought this pavilion in May 2025.The packaging was good, the instructions were simple and easy to follow. It took four of us a day and a half to assemble. Get yourself an Allen wrench bit for a drill; it will save you a lot of frustration. The finished product is sturdy, great price.

Love my gazebo

Have been looking long and hard for a gazebo that was a true 12 x 12 at the base. Brought this one to fit on my lower deck. Received all three boxes within days of ordering. Everything was so well packed that a few crushed spots on the outside packaging had no impact. I couldn’t wait for help so I started putting everything together on my own. Directions were pretty clear. Got all the framing and two sides of the roof done before I needed help. Everything is now in place and extremely happy with...

Good gazebo - terrible instructions

It took 2 people almost 16 hours to get this put together, largely due to installation of the roof slats. The clips were loose and kept falling off when attempting to slide the roof slats up the corner rails. The design would have made much more sense if the slats were bent to accommodate sliding into the channel rather than dependent on flimsy clips. We ended up removing the clips and sliding the roof slats straight up the middle. The instructions were wrinkled, so it was difficult to read...
