What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the gazebo for its exceptional sturdiness, solid aluminum construction, and beautiful aesthetic appeal. Most highlight its durability and robust build quality, noting it withstands harsh weather year-round. Assembly is time-consuming, typically requiring four to eleven hours and multiple people, with instructions criticized as vague or picture-only. Despite these challenges, reviewers consistently say the effort is worthwhile. Many love how it enhances outdoor spaces for family gatherings and relaxation, with thick curtains and reliable shade and rain protection. Overall, customers consider it a valuable, durable addition to their homes.

Great product but..........

Would Recommend

Wonderful quality, no issues with the gazebo but...... be prepared to pay someone around $600 to put it together if you can't do it yourself.

The entire product was not delivered

Would Not Recommend

Very disappointed in lows, I was on the phone three different times six minutes apiece, trying to get a hold of somebody in the store nobody ever answered. I needed to let them know that all three boxes were not delivered. I only received two of the three boxes, and yet, in my online purchase. It says it was completed. The delivery was done. LOWES please fix this!

Damaged upon arrival

Would Not Recommend

As the other 1 star reviews have stated, my boxes arrived damaged. No help from customer service. Contacted multiple times. Finally replied a year later and offered me $50. I spent $2700 and I have a gazebo with damaged panels. DO NOT BUY FROM VEIKOUS!! Wish I would have listened to all the others stating their boxes arrived damaged. Smh And my boxes were damaged inside the plastic wrapping around the product and pallet. Meaning it was shipped already damaged.

I truly love my new gazebo. The instructions were easy to follow and it is gorgeous! It did arrive with one damaged part so I emailed the company. They were quick to respond and replaced the part with no hassle at all. I highly recommend this company.
