Easy to Install...NOT!
At every instructions step I had to jury rig something. The instructions said this required 7 1/2" x 7 1/4" ceiling aperture. Mine was 8+ x 7 3/4. Still had to cut. Then the screen wouldn't cover the cuts. There were many other issues. I've installed other fans. This one is the worst by far.

I updated my review from "Not Recommend" to "Recommended" because of their customer service and their ability to stand behind their product. After contacting them through the Email supplied as a result of my complaint, they promptly shipped out a replacement unit which I have now installed.

Failed after 3 years
Installed on a new house. Worked fine but failed after 3 years. Called for warranty replacement and they want me to return the entire assembly. That requires going up in the attic to unwire and uninstall from the trusses. It would probably cost me more to pay someone to remove the old unit than the unit costs new. If they just let me swap the guts it would be better.

Didn't work and returned
Our electrician was installing this and the motor was not working properly. It kept spinning forward and backwards and would not work properly no matter what. We returned this product and purchased a new fan from another store.

PTC Fitting makes it easy.
Super Easy Installation. Just had to cut some drywall to make this unit fit as my old unit was smaller. The push to connect fittings for the wires are super simple. Although, I would prefer to have the wire nuts as they are more secure, since nothing is moving these wires around, it won't pose a problem. The 1.5 Sonnes are very quiet.
