dust coats the heet element surface

Heater worked great for a while but now has a layer of thick dust on heating surface..which is impossible to clean out,,, possible fire hazard. Beware of fire hazard...

Disappointing

Ended up buying 3 of them to keep the pipes warm for over winter projects. All 3 failed over time, one almost immediately out of the box. The problem seems to be a bad tip over switch of the bottom. It's a safety thing so we did not try to bypass it. Basically a waste of money.

Smells gross on high

Let it air out on high for hours. Still stinks on high very badly. Smell isn't noticeable on low or medium (the leaf). Low is 600 watts, medium is 900 watts, high is 1300 watts measured with a Kill-A-Watt.

Not only was it a great product but, Lowe’s customer service team made sure that we had everything needed to get us through a week of ice. My family is so grateful and appreciative.

Good for keeping feet warm under my desk

Kinda thought it would throw more heat but it’s good enough for keeping feet warm. That’s all I was looking for. If you’re going to try to heat up a small room, it may not work but I’m not sure. Do your homework.

Good heating unit

Needed a new bathroom heater. This one is very compact but delivers good heat and like that it has automatic shutoff and thermostat.

poor quality

i purchased two during the recent cold weather and both broke after a couple hours of use....pure junk.
